Use of ShipAppy
ShipAppy is provided for legitimate business shipping workflows. Users are responsible for accurate shipment information, carrier account details, product data, addresses, package details, and compliance with carrier rules.
Carrier and platform services
Rates, labels, tracking, invoices, and related services may depend on third-party carriers, ecommerce platforms, ERPs, WMSs, payment providers, and other connected systems. Their terms may also apply.
Availability
We work to keep ShipAppy reliable, but shipping systems depend on networks, carriers, integrations, and customer-side configuration. Service availability may vary.
Customer responsibilities
- Keep account access secure.
- Use accurate shipment, billing, and carrier information.
- Follow carrier, customs, legal, and platform requirements.
- Tell us quickly if something looks wrong in a shipping workflow.
